Shakti Plast Packaging

Out here at C 91 in the Zaveri Industrial Estate, things stay pretty busy with all the packaging work we do. If you take the road from Singarwa toward Kathwada, you’ll find us right in the middle of that industrial stretch. Shakti Plast Packaging isn't a massive operation, but we stay steady with the machines running most of the day. It gets pretty loud inside the shed with the plastic being processed, so we usually have to step outside if the phone rings. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors in the estate are all decent folks doing their own thing too. The floor is usually covered in offcuts and rolls of material, but we try to keep it clear enough to walk through. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to for an order. Mostly, it’s just manual work, loading up the trucks and making sure the bags or whatever we are making that day look right. The afternoon sun hits the front of the unit pretty hard, making it a bit warm in the summer, but we’ve got a couple of fans that help. It’s honest work, and we just try to get the orders out to the shops and businesses that need them. Nothing fancy about it, just us and the machines on the Kathwada Road. We don't have any polished sales pitch, just a lot of plastic and a bit of hard work.
