Ashmi Life Science Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 526 on Road No. 15 in the Gidc Estate. It’s a long road and sometimes people miss our turn if they aren't looking closely. The area is pretty industrial, so there’s always the sound of engines and people shouting instructions in the distance. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The office is small and usually piled high with papers and samples that we need to sort through. We don't really have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so there’s usually a bit of clutter, but we know where everything is. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time. We aren’t really the type to go out and brag about what we do. We just come in, check the schedule, and start the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we all just sit there waiting for the generator to kick in, talking about what we’re having for dinner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the front door sticks a bit during the humid months. It’s a real place with real people who get tired and frustrated sometimes, but we keep showing up. It’s just our way of life. There’s no big secret to it, just staying busy and trying to get the details right.
