Kanchan Pharma

Kanchan Pharma is located right on National Highway No 8 in Aslali. It’s a big building, they call it Kanchan Pharma House, and it’s right near where Ghanshyam Estate is. Being on the highway means there is always a layer of dust on the windows from the trucks passing by. We deal with a lot of boxes and medicine bottles every day. The warehouse area is always cool, which is nice when it gets hot outside in Gujarat. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure things go to the right place and that the inventory matches what’s on the computer. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that because most of our work is about moving supplies. You can hear the constant hum of the highway traffic through the walls. Sometimes it’s so loud you have to raise your voice to be heard. We have a small group of people working here, mostly just locals from the Aslali area. We eat our lunch together in the back room and talk about the weekend. It’s a straightforward job. We don’t do big advertisements. People who need what we have usually know where to find us. It’s just a busy pharma house on a busy road, doing what we do every day to keep things moving. We don't bother with fancy offices as long as the work gets done.
