Navrangpura is a busy area, so getting through the traffic in the morning is usually the first challenge of the day. Once you get past the main university gates, things quiet down a little bit. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a long time now. The buildings have that typical university look, nothing too modern or fancy. We have our classrooms and the administrative offices where we handle all the student files. It’s a very practical setup. We don’t spend much time on decorations; we just make sure there are enough chairs and the lights are working. During the breaks, you see students sitting under the old trees or walking towards the canteen. We usually grab a quick snack there ourselves. The atmosphere is very grounded. You get all kinds of people coming through here every day. It’s not just about the studying; it’s the whole routine of being on campus. Some days are very hectic, especially when exams are coming up or when the new semester starts. We just try to keep things moving along and help out whoever walks into the office. It’s a steady kind of life here in Navrangpura. We don’t make a big deal out of things, we just do the work that needs to be done and keep the office doors open for whoever needs us.
