Our office is tucked away at No. 209 in the Shayona Arcade. It sits right across from Dinesh Chambers, near that busy India Colony Cross Road in Bapunagar. If you’ve ever been around there, you know how hectic the traffic can get, especially during the morning rush. We’ve been here for a good while now, just doing our daily work in the import and export business. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s got a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual computers. We spend most of our time here on the phone or typing away, trying to make sure shipments are moving like they should. Sometimes the noise from the cross road drifts up, but you get used to it after a few weeks. It’s a small team of us here. We don’t really have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just come in, have our tea, and get to work on the documents. Dealing with logistics means there is always some kind of paperwork to finish or a driver to call. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just try to handle the tasks as they come in. Bapunagar is a hardworking area, and we fit right in with that vibe. Most people find us through word of mouth rather than any big ads. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people we deal with.
