Job Junction

Job Junction is located in one of the flats at Harrivila, number 13/24 to be exact. We are right near Krishnanagar in the Naroda area. It’s a lively part of the city with lots of people moving around all the time. Working out of a flat gives the office a bit of a different vibe than a tall glass building. It feels a bit more like home, I suppose. We have several desks squeezed into the rooms, and the walls are lined with cupboards full of files. The doorbell rings quite often with people looking for work or companies calling us. There is a small kitchen where we make coffee, and usually, someone has brought snacks to share. The street outside can get very dusty, so we try to keep the screen doors shut. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk to people, see what they need, and try to help them out. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we don't mind too much. It's just part of being in an older building like this. It’s a busy, sometimes messy place, but we like it that way because it means there is always something happening. We just do our bit and keep the wheels turning day by day. Nothing too complicated about it.
