We are located on Plot-222 in Ward-4/B of Adipur, which is in the Kutch region of Gujarat. It’s a fairly open area and we have our own little space here. The weather in Kutch can get quite intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool. Our daily work involves sitting down and working through various solutions for the projects we have on hand. It’s a strategic kind of job, so there’s a lot of thinking and planning involved. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy tables and the equipment we need to get things done. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. Adipur is a nice place to be based because it's not as chaotic as the big cities, but we still have plenty to do. We often have people stopping by the plot for meetings or just to drop off some paperwork. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any corporate branding on our mugs or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week and try to get through them one by one. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of the country that we know very well. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where Plot-222 is and what we do.
