Jay Steel & Profile

Jay Steel & Profile is based in Vatva Gidc at Plot No.233. We are located in the Pushpam Estate, which is part of the Old Nica Tube Compound in Phase-1. This whole area is dedicated to industry, so it is always busy with workers and heavy vehicles. Our plot is a straightforward industrial space. We don't have a polished showroom or a fancy reception area. When you come to see us, you’re coming straight to where the work happens. It’s a bit noisy and there’s usually a bit of dust in the air, but that’s just how it is in Gidc. We have been here for a good number of years now. We don't have a corporate structure or a big management team. It’s just us and our machines. We handle the steel and the profiles as they come in and go out. We don't use marketing language to talk about ourselves. We just do the job. The roads around the Old Nica Tube Compound can be pretty rough, especially during the monsoon, but we manage. We have a small area where we keep our tea things and eat our lunch. We don't have a grand vision or a mission statement. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them done. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense way of running a business. We just show up and work.
