We've been over here at Maheshwari Estate for a good while now. It’s inside the Maheshwari Mill Compound in Shahibaug, which is a busy spot if you know the area. Dealing with steel isn't always pretty work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most days are just about getting the orders sorted and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The heat from the metal and the noise of the machines is just part of the background for us now. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just regular steel work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much, especially during the middle of the day, but we manage. My father started things out and now we just keep it going as best as we can. We aren't a big office with suits, just a workshop where people come when they need something made or cut from steel. The floor is usually covered in scraps and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. You find us at number 1 in the estate. We usually have the doors open so you can hear the work happening before you even see us. It’s a simple setup. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. Nothing more to it than that. We've seen shops come and go around Shahibaug, but we're still right here in the same old compound. It's just honest labor for us.
