Jay Ambe Rolling

Jay Ambe Rolling is situated at No. D-1 in the Diamond Park Industrial Estate, which is part of the Naroda G.I.D.C area. Working in a G.I.D.C means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories and workshops. Our focus is on rolling work. It’s a heavy job that requires a lot of attention to the machines. The floor is made of concrete and is usually covered in some dust or metal shavings. We don't have a lot of space for anything other than our equipment and the materials we are working on. It gets very hot in here, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the doors open and keep moving. We are not the type of people who sit in an office all day. We are out there with the machines, making sure everything is running like it should. Our clothes are usually stained with oil, and we don't mind that at all. It shows we’ve been working. People in Naroda know us as a place that just gets the job done without any fancy talk. We don't have a marketing person or anyone to handle social media. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever shows up at the gate. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just take things one day at a time.
