Our office is at 803 in the Pinnacle Business Park. It’s on Corporate Road in Prahladnagar. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of other businesses around. We’ve been here for some time now, working on the trading side of things. It’s mostly computer work and phone calls all day long. We have a few desks and a small area where we keep our files. The view from the eighth floor is okay, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. We handle a lot of international trade stuff, which means dealing with different time zones. Sometimes someone has to stay late or come in early to catch a call from another country. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don't have a huge team, just a small group of people who understand the paperwork and the rules for shipping things across borders. It can get a bit stressful when a container is delayed or the documents aren't right. We just try to fix things as they come up. It’s a regular office environment, nothing too flashy. We go down for tea breaks at the little stall nearby. We’ve built some good relationships with suppliers over the years. We just try to be decent people to work with. No big speeches or corporate slogans, just us doing our daily jobs here in Prahladnagar and keeping the business going.
