We are located at 2 Samir Complex, which is right opposite the Municipal Market on C G Road in Navrangpura. This is a very central part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. The complex itself has been around for a long time, and we are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in while they are out shopping. It’s a small shop, and we keep it pretty simple. We don't have any of those big digital screens or fancy decorations. It's just a counter, some shelves, and a place to sit. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who are visiting the market and need something quickly. Navrangpura is a mix of old houses and new businesses, and we get a bit of both coming through. The traffic on C G Road is pretty much constant, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking in the background. We’ve got a small fan that rattles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on the block; we just want to be the one that’s easy to find and talk to. Sometimes we share a tea with the other shop owners in the complex. It’s a friendly enough place once you get used to the crowd. We keep our hours steady and just take things as they come.
