People come in looking for help with their trips to Europe or the US, and we try to guide them through the paperwork. Navrangpura is a good spot for us because it’s central. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. Sometimes the elevator in Avani Tower acts up, so we end up taking the stairs like everyone else. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We don't do much marketing because people usually find us when they need their travel sorted. It's a lot of desk work, but seeing people actually get their visas is a good feeling for the staff. We try to be helpful and keep the process as simple as possible.
