You can find us on the 3rd Floor of Deepkala House. It's a decent building, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up. We go by Getway Immigration Pvt. Ltd. Mostly, we spend our days looking at forms and passports and trying to make sense of all the paperwork that comes with moving to another country. It’s a lot of reading and double-checking details. We’ve seen people come in pretty stressed out about their visas or where they’re going to live, so we just sit down and go through it one step at a time. It’s quiet in the office usually, except for the sound of the printer going. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a group of people who know how these processes work. We try to be honest about how long things take because nobody likes being told one thing and then waiting twice as long. If a document is missing, we tell you. If the rules changed yesterday, we look it up. It’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and people seem to find us okay. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just some desks and some chairs where you can wait. It works for us and for the people who come to see us. We’ve been here through several seasons now.
