Interactive Manpower Solutions is at B/10 Kanal Tenaments. We are right near Umiya Hall and the Varahi Party Plot in Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad. If you know that area, you know it can get pretty busy, especially when there is an event or a wedding going on nearby. Our office is a straightforward place where we focus on manpower, which is just a fancy way of saying we help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It is a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people who come in looking for opportunities. We have a few desks, plenty of chairs for people to sit while they wait, and stacks of resumes that we go through every day. The walls are mostly bare, and the floor is just plain tile. We like it that way because it is easy to keep clean with so many people walking in and out. Being in Gujarat, we are used to the heat and the pace of life here. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we have been in the neighborhood for a long time. People know where we are. We try to be helpful and honest about what jobs are available. It is not always easy work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just do our best to stay organized and keep track of everyone.
