Our office is tucked away in A 1 Bhagyoday Society, which is right near the Cadila Bridge in the Ghodasar area. Ahmedabad is always growing, but this spot stays pretty much the same. It is a bit of a mix between a residential area and a business zone, so it doesn't feel too cold or industrial. We handle the local work for Indiainfoline Ltd from this location. We have a few desks and some very old cupboards where we keep all the records. The bridge nearby means there is always a bit of a hum from the cars, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We mostly deal with the regular paperwork and financial queries that come in from people living nearby. There is no fancy lobby or coffee machine, just a water cooler in the corner and our lunch boxes on the table. We try to be honest about how long things will take and don't try to sugarcoat the process. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's work properly. We like being in Ghodasar because it is easy for us to get to and it feels like a real neighborhood.
