You can find us at the 14th Zam Zam Flats, which is right near the Noore-Laxmi Society on Sarkhej Road in Ahmedabad. We are Indiabulls Infrastructure Devlop Ltd., but don't let the big name fool you. Our office here is pretty grounded. Being on Sarkhej Road means we are right in the thick of things in Ahmedabad. We spend our days looking at maps, plans, and a lot of paperwork related to building things. It’s a lot of coordination with different people across the city. The flats are a familiar landmark for us. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters with a marble lobby. It’s more of a functional space where we can spread out our charts and talk about projects. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with all the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the infrastructure side of things, making sure projects move forward like they should. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting with contractors. Some days are long, and things don't always go according to the schedule, but that’s the nature of construction and development. We like being in this part of Ahmedabad because it feels connected to the rest of the city. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to be as practical as possible every day.
