Independent Telecom

Our place is a bit different because we aren't in a shopping mall. We are located at 4 Shree Shiv Row House, near the Fertilizer Society in Chandlodia. Since it’s a row house, it feels a lot more like a home than a business sometimes. We converted part of the space to handle all the telecom work we do. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, except when the school nearby lets out. People from the Fertilizer Society usually just walk over when they have an issue with their phone or need a new connection. We have a couple of desks set up and some shelves for the hardware. It’s a very casual atmosphere here. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. You might see a bicycle parked out front or some plants by the door. Chandlodia is growing fast, but this little corner stays pretty much the same. We spend the day handling paperwork, talking to service providers, and helping neighbors get their internet sorted out. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take our time to make sure things are done right. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are slow. It’s a good way to stay connected with the people around here without the stress of a big city storefront. We like the pace of things at Shree Shiv Row House. It's just a simple setup and we enjoy the work.
