We don't have a corporate hierarchy that makes things complicated. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Thakkarbapa Nagar is a busy area, but Asharam Society stays relatively calm. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Ahmedabad. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but we manage to find what we need. It is a very grounded and practical place to be every day. We don’t need anything more than this simple space to do what we do.
