Idea Shop / G N Infosys (Nirnay Nagar)

We are tucked away in Nirnay Nagar, specifically in Sector-4/180. If you are looking for us, we’re right opposite the Sukan Apartment on the Ranip Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the people moving between Ranip and Nirnay Nagar. The shop itself is a bit of a mix because we deal with Idea cellular stuff but also computer things under the G N Infosys name. It makes for a lot of different boxes piled up in the corners. One day it's all about mobile recharges and the next day we're looking at a laptop that won't boot up. The space is a little tight, especially when we have more than two or three people inside at once. We’ve got some old posters on the wall that have been there since we opened. The floor is that old grey tile that’s easy to sweep. We don't have a big staff, just us handles everything from answering the phone to fixing the tech. It’s noisy outside with the traffic on Ranip Road, but inside we just focus on the work. Sometimes we get people coming in just to ask for directions because they're lost looking for the apartments nearby. We don't mind. It's part of being in a neighborhood like this. We just keep things moving and try to get the repairs done before the day ends. The Ranip Road always seems to have some construction going on, so we wipe the dust off things often and keep the fans going.
