Idea & U/Airnet (Shahibaug)

Idea & U/Airnet (Shahibaug) is situated in Advance Plaza. We are in unit number 12 on the first floor. It is in the A Wing of the building, which is on Shahibaugh Road. The most recognizable landmark near us is the Swaminarayan Mandir, which is right across the street. It is a busy part of Shahibaug, and there is always a lot of movement around the plaza. Our office is fairly small and filled with papers, wires, and a few computers. We have been here for quite some time now. We do not really care much for corporate polish or looking professional in a fake way. We just dress comfortably and get our work done. Most of our day is spent helping people with their internet and phone issues. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. Sometimes the building is a bit loud with all the other businesses nearby, but we have gotten used to it. We do not have a big team or any complicated hierarchy. We are just a few people working together in this office. We do not spend money on big ads or billboards. People usually find us because they are already in the plaza or they see us across from the temple. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door.
