We are over in the Motera area of Ahmedabad, specifically at Madhav Bungalows-1. It's a bit of a different setup since we are located at A-12, care of Sri M K Srivastava. Living and working around Sabarmati has its own pace. This branch of Icici Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. doesn't feel like those giant glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s more integrated into the neighborhood here. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly helping people sort out their paperwork and questions. It can get a bit confusing for people sometimes, so we try to just explain things simply without using too much jargon. The office is usually quiet unless a few people come in at once. We've got our desks set up and we just get through the pile of work one thing at a time. It’s not always the most exciting job, but it’s important to the people who live around here. We know the streets around Motera pretty well by now. Sometimes the heat in Ahmedabad gets to us, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the files. We don’t have a big marketing team here; it’s just us answering phones and filling out forms. It’s a regular office for regular people who need things sorted out without a lot of fuss or fancy talk.
