Hitech Refractories/Swan Ceramics

Our place is over in the Naroda GIDC area. Specifically, we are at Plot No 51. If you are taking the bus, the Jayhind Metal bus stop is the closest one to us. We deal with refractories and ceramics, mostly industrial stuff that handles high heat. The estate here is always busy with factories and trucks. It can be a bit confusing to find the right plot number if you aren't familiar with the Naroda layout. We have our workshop and a small office area right there on the plot. It’s not the cleanest environment because of the materials we work with, but we get the job done. The guys in the back are usually busy with the kiln or moving bricks around. Swan Ceramics is part of what we do here too. We have been in this spot for several years now. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our clients are other businesses in the GIDC or nearby industrial zones. We focus on the orders we have and making sure they are ready on time. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps the lights on. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, but we just wait it out.
