We’ve been operating out of Plot No. 62/10 in the GIDC area of Vatva for a long time. Being so close to the State Bank of India makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic in Phase-1 can be a bit much during peak hours. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial unit. Inside, we keep ourselves busy with various manufacturing tasks. It’s usually a mix of machine noise and the clanking of metal parts. We don't have a big office or a fancy lunchroom; we just eat where we can and get back to work. Most of the staff here have lived in this area their whole lives, so we know the local scene pretty well. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We just make parts and ship them out. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it ourselves, which is frustrating but that’s life in a workshop. The summers in Vatva get really hot, especially with the machines running, so we try to keep the fans going as much as possible. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and try to do it right. It's just simple, honest work.
