Shree Avirat Industries

We operate out of Plot No. 81 in the Gidc area. Shree Avirat Industries is a pretty standard industrial unit where we focus on manufacturing. The building is a simple concrete structure with big metal doors. Inside, it’s mostly open space filled with tools and raw materials. We don't have any corporate offices or HR departments here. It’s just us and the crew getting the work done every day. We deal with various industrial jobs, mostly involving metal fabrication and assembly. The floor is usually a bit greasy, and there's always a project half-finished on one of the workbenches. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Our days are filled with the sounds of grinders and welding sets. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big promises. If a job is going to take a week, we tell the customer it’ll take a week. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half a day fixing a machine instead of producing, but that’s just part of the life. We’ve been in this plot for years and know most of the guys in the neighboring units. We share tools sometimes and help each other out when a heavy load needs moving. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to make a living, and we’re fine with that. We just focus on the task in front of us and keep moving through the pile of orders on the desk.
