H. R. Refractories

We are located at Plot No. 4907 in Phase-Lv of the G.I.D.C. Estate in Vatva. If you know the G.I.D.C. area, you know it is all about industry and manufacturing. That is exactly where we fit in. We work with refractories, which basically means materials that can stand a lot of heat. It is a very specific kind of business. The workshop is usually hot and a bit noisy because of the machinery we use to get the work done. We have been here for a good number of years. It is a practical place, not something meant to look pretty for visitors. We have piles of materials and bricks waiting to be processed or shipped out to various sites. The team here is mostly local guys who have been working with these materials for a long time. They know how to handle the heat and the heavy lifting. We do not really do much in the way of advertising or anything. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the estate or nearby industrial areas. We spend our mornings checking the kilns and the inventory. The afternoons are usually for loading up the trucks and sorting out the delivery schedules. It is a steady rhythm that we have fallen into over the years. We just focus on getting the product right and making sure it gets to where it needs to go. Just a regular day in Vatva.
