Symwell Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.

Working at Symwell Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. over in Memnagar means I spend a lot of time on Gurukul Road. Our office is in Building No. B-80 of the Abhinandan Swami Society, which is tucked away near H.B. Kapadia School. It is actually a pretty nice spot, even if the traffic gets a bit much when parents are dropping off their kids. Inside, we have got a pretty standard setup. There are rows of desks and a whole lot of storage space for the products we handle. I usually get in early to beat the heat and start going through the emails. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees, so we all know each other’s names and what is going on with our families. It feels more like a small community than a cold office environment. We have to be really careful with the temperature control in the storage areas, so there is always a hum from the cooling units. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big shipment, and we just order some food and get it done. It is not always easy, and there are days when everything seems to go wrong with the printers or the phones. But we just deal with it one thing at a time. It is a solid place to work, and we just try to keep things moving along smoothly every day of the week.
