Global Talent Acquisitions

You can find us over at 53 Rajeshwari Society, which is right near the Someshwar Tenements on Ranip Road. It’s in the Ranip area of Ahmedabad. It is a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. Global Talent Acquisitions is run from here, and we mostly spend our time trying to find people for various jobs that companies need filled. The office is basically a room with some phones and computers. It gets quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. The traffic on Ranip Road can be a bit much during the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here for a good few years. We don't have any flashy signs or anything, just the address and our name. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. It's a bit of a juggle, keeping track of all the different candidates and what each company wants. Sometimes we get it right on the first try, other times it takes a lot of searching. We aren't some giant international firm with hundreds of branches. We are just a small group of people in Ahmedabad trying to help others find a decent career path. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We try to be helpful to everyone who calls, even if we don't always have a job for them right away.
