Our office is at 16, Mayurpankh Society, near the Umiya Vijay area on Satellite Road in Ahmedabad. If you know this part of the city, you know how much traffic there is on Satellite Road. We are a bit lucky to be inside the society where it’s slightly quieter. We have a small team here working on energy sector stuff. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing people about jobs and talent. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and those blue plastic folders everywhere. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, just a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The windows look out onto the society common area, so we see kids playing or people walking their dogs while we work. It’s a very local feel for a company that deals with something as big as global energy. We just keep things simple. No one wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just focus on finding the right people for the roles we’re trying to fill. It's a straightforward process of checking resumes and talking to candidates. We like being in Ahmedabad and the location on Satellite Road makes it easy for people to find us when they need to.
