Varun Plastic

We are based at Shed 25 in the Akshar Industrial Park. This is right near Vinzol Patiya in the Vatva GIDC area, not far from the Vinzol Patiya crossing itself. It’s a massive complex, and our shed is just one of many where the real work happens. We handle a lot of plastic materials, so the space is usually filled with bags of granules and finished products. The smell of heat and plastic is just something we live with every day. It’s a very busy industrial park, with vehicles constantly coming and going. We have our machines set up in a row, and they run for most of the day. It’s not a quiet place at all. We have to shout over the noise sometimes just to be heard. The walls of the shed are covered in various charts and notes we’ve made over the years. We don't have any fancy office furniture, just some plastic chairs and a basic table for our breaks. Vatva is a hardworking part of the city, and we fit right in. We know the guys in the neighboring sheds, and we often share a cup of tea or help each other out with small things. The summer heat inside a metal shed can be quite intense, but we just keep the big fans blowing all day long. We don't do any big marketing or have a sales team. We just focus on the production and making sure things are done right before they leave the park. It’s just us doing our job.
