Gargi Steel Craft

At Gargi Steel Craft, we keep things pretty simple. Our shop is located at 5/B, Amba Estate, right across from the Chhash Kendra. It is easy to find if you know the area. We have been working with steel for a long time, mostly small-scale stuff and custom bits that people need for their projects. The estate is usually quite loud with all the different workshops going, but we like the energy of it. It’s just a few of us here. We spend most of our time on the floor, working with the tools and getting the metal shaped right. It is not a clean job; there’s always dust and scraps around, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs something done, they usually just walk in or give us a ring. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can finish and when. Some days are slower than others, but we always find something to organize or fix. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty every single day, but it feels good to see a finished piece of steel craft ready to go out the door. We aren't fancy, just a local business trying to do honest work for our neighbors and clients.
