You can find us on the 5th floor of the Safal Profitaire building. It’s over on Corporate Road in Prahaladnagar. Gardener Denver Engineered Products India Private Limited is mostly an office setup where we handle the technical side of things. It’s a lot of computers, phone calls, and spreadsheets most days. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a decent view of the road, but we usually have our heads down working on specs. We deal with various engineered products that go into different industries. It’s a lot of coordination between what the customer needs and what can actually be built. Sometimes the meetings go long and we order in some snacks to keep going. We aren't trying to be the loudest company out there. We just focus on the details of the engineering. There is a lot of back and forth with technical drawings and making sure the numbers add up correctly. It’s quiet enough in the office compared to a factory floor, but the pace is still pretty fast. We have a mix of younger staff and some older heads who know the industry inside out. We spend a lot of time on emails and making sure our logistics are sorted. It’s just what we do every day to keep things moving. Not every day is perfect, but we get the tasks finished and move on to the next one on the list.
