We are based in an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office or a corporate school. It’s a small operation, just a few rooms where we have classes throughout the week. We like it that way because it stays quiet and personal for the students. You won’t find any big reception desks or slick marketing posters on our walls. We just have the books we need and some benches for the students. Sometimes you can hear the trains passing by since we are so near the crossing, but you get used to that sound pretty quickly. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals in the area know where to find us. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of place. We don’t try to pretend to be anything we aren’t. We just open up in the mornings and stay late if there are students who need the extra time. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice enough neighborhood.
