Furquan Steel Works

We are located at Plot No-21 in the Nagori Industrial Estate. It’s right across from the Vima Yojana Hospital on Dudheshwar Road, which makes it easy for people to find us. Furquan Steel Works is a relatively small operation compared to some of the giants nearby. We mostly do custom steel jobs and some structural work for local building projects. It's a busy street, so there's always the sound of traffic and the general hum of the hospital and shops nearby. Inside our workshop, everything is about the machines and the metal. We have some old saws and drills that have been with us since the start, and they still work perfectly fine for what we need. We don't see the point in buying new equipment just for the sake of it. The floor is almost always covered in metal shavings and bits of wire. We try to sweep up at the end of every day, but by the next morning, it’s back to how it was. We don't have a big team of people, just a few skilled guys who really know how to handle a welding torch. It's honest, manual work. We don't talk much while the machines are running because of the noise. We just focus on getting the measurements right and finishing the task at hand. People bring us drawings on scraps of paper, and we turn them into something solid. It’s what we do for a living.
