Friends Steels Pvt. Ltd. is located at 120, Mangai Murti Complex, which is right on Ashram Road. Being opposite City Gold Cinema means there is always something going on outside our windows. The traffic on Ashram Road is constant, and you can hear the city moving all day long. Our office isn't one of those glass-walled places you see in movies. It’s a functional space where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls for the steel business. We’ve got stacks of ledgers and folders everywhere because things get busy quickly. People come in and out all day, checking on orders or talking about prices. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people who know a lot about steel and how to get it where it needs to go. Sometimes the lift in the complex is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. It’s a central spot, which makes it easy for folks to find us, even if parking is a bit of a headache. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at delivery schedules. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this building for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we just keep doing what we do every day.
