Our little office is located in the Ashish Apartments, specifically H-3/13, in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad. It’s right near Adarshnagar and Vijaynagar, which are well-known parts of the city. We’ve been in this apartment for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a walk up, but it’s a good spot for us. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paper since we handle a lot of personnel files and records. It’s not the kind of place that has a big shiny logo on the front. We just have a small nameplate near the entrance. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly peaceful except for the morning traffic on the main road. Most of us who work here are local to Gujarat and we speak a mix of Gujarati and English throughout the day. We don’t have a canteen, so we usually just eat our lunch together in the main room. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy in the heat, but we are used to it. We focus on the tasks at hand, which is usually matching people with the right roles. It's simple work that needs a lot of attention to detail. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that gets the job done from our corner of Naranpura. The space is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us.
