Event Management Call Center, An Advantage Global(I) Ltd

Our office for the Event Management Call Center, which is part of Advantage Global(I) Ltd, is in room 306 of the Suryamandir Tower. We are located right opposite the Sambhav Press in the Bodakdev area. It’s a pretty busy part of Ahmedabad, and being in a tower means we have a lot of neighbors in different businesses. We mostly handle things over the phone, as you might guess from the name. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everything is where it needs to be for various events. The office is often loud with people talking on headsets and typing away. We don’t have much in the way of decor, just the essentials to keep the call center running. Being in Bodakdev is convenient because there’s always something happening around us. We see the Sambhav Press building every time we look out or head down for lunch. The work can be repetitive, but we try to keep a good attitude about it. We aren't some giant faceless entity; we’re just a group of people working the phones in Gujarat 380 015. Some days the calls never seem to stop, and other days it’s a bit slower and we can catch up on our logs. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, do the work for Advantage Global, and try to make sure the event side of things doesn't fall apart.
