We are located at No. 27 in the Vikas Estate, which is part of the Aslali area near the Treasure Island Mall. It’s an industrial kind of place, so you’ll see a lot of trucks and warehouses around us. We work with metals. It’s heavy work and it can get a bit dusty in the yard, but that is just how the metal business is. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. Our space is mostly for storage and handling the materials we trade. We spend our days checking weights and looking at the quality of the different metal pieces that come through. It’s a straightforward business. People bring stuff in, or we send stuff out to other companies that need it for manufacturing. We’ve been based here in Aslali for a while because it’s a good spot for transport. Being near the mall helps people find us, though we are definitely not a retail shop. Sometimes the gates are busy with deliveries, and we just work through the pile. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just buy and sell metal, keep the records straight, and try to stay out of the rain when it pours. It’s honest, physical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There’s always something to move or a load to check before the day ends. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving metal and keeping the yard running.
