Ethos Hr Management

Our place is over in Vasna, specifically at Dhwani Appts. We are in flat number 11/D. Most people around here know the area because of Anjali Cinema, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been doing this for a bit now. Ethos Hr Management is basically just our team sitting in the office, looking over resumes and talking to people who need help. It’s pretty quiet in Damubhai Shukla Colony, which is nice when we need to actually concentrate. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in the big business parks. It feels more like a home that we’ve turned into a workspace over the years. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at our desks. Ahmedabad-7 is a decent part of town to be based in. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or any fancy lobby. You just walk in and we sit down to talk. There’s usually a stack of files on the desk that we’re working through. People come to us when they need help with staffing or finding a new job. We just try to be practical and helpful. It’s simple work but it keeps us very busy. Sometimes the parking near the apartments is a bit of a headache, so we usually tell visitors to be careful where they leave their bikes. We aren't trying to be huge, just steady.
