Our office is over in Paldi, specifically at 203/A in the Kailas Mansarovar building. It’s on New Sharda Mandir Road. It’s a decent spot in Ahmedabad, easy enough to find if you know where the temple road is. We’ve been running Ethos Hr Management & Projects Pvt. Ltd. from this second-floor space for some time now. It’s mostly just us handling recruitment and some project work for different clients. The building is usually quiet, which helps when we're on the phone or looking through resumes. There’s a nice mix of shops and other offices around here. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner. It's not a huge setup, just a few desks and some files stacked up. We like the Paldi area because it feels central but not as chaotic as the main city center. Getting here is straightforward for the staff. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we're busy with a new project. We’ve got a few windows that look out toward the road, so we see the city moving by while we work. It’s a practical place to be. We don't spend much on decorating or making it look like a showroom. It’s just where we work every day. If you’re coming by, just look for Kailas Mansarovar and head to the A wing. It's tucked away but once you find it once, you're good.
