Mostly, it is just the sound of the wind or the occasional tractor passing by on the road. The building we work out of is basic and sturdy. It serves our needs without any extra fuss. We spend our days managing whatever comes our way, often looking out at the open fields. It is a very grounded way to work. People who come to visit us often comment on how peaceful it is compared to the Ahmedabad traffic. We have a small team and we all know our roles well. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you just walk in and find us at our tables. It is a very honest kind of workspace. We have stayed at this Bavla address because it gives us the room we need to breathe and focus on our daily chores. It is a simple life, but it works for us. We appreciate the slow pace and the honest work we do here.
