If you are looking for us in Ahmedabad, we are in the Simandhar Complex. It is room A-4/7, near Prabhat Chawk in Ghatlodia. This area is always buzzing with activity. Ghatlodia has grown so much over the years, and being near the chawk means there is always something going on outside our door. The complex is a mix of different shops and offices. We have been part of this building for a while now. It is a bit of a maze if you are visiting for the first time, but you get used to it quickly. We keep a simple routine at Essar. Usually, we arrive early before the heat gets too bad. Ahmedabad summers are no joke, so the first thing we do is turn on the cooling. The office is functional. We don't spend money on expensive art or fancy furniture. It is just a place to sit, think, and handle the daily tasks. You can hear the sounds of the traffic and the vendors from Prabhat Chawk throughout the afternoon. It provides a bit of background noise while we work on our files. By the time evening rolls around, the whole area gets even busier. We like being in the middle of it all. It feels like we are right in the heart of the local life here. The snacks at the corner stall are a big plus for our afternoon breaks.
