You can find our office for Essar Steel Ltd over at Flat No. B-403 in the Earth Avenue Apartment. We’re located right by the Anand Nagar Cross Road in the Satelite area of Ahmedabad. It’s a bit of a different setup being in an apartment-style building, but it works for us. It keeps things a little more quiet and focused compared to being right on a factory floor. We spend most of our time here dealing with the administrative side of the steel business. There’s a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating between different sites. The Satelite area is usually pretty busy, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a struggle some mornings. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a regular office where we get through our tasks. We try to keep a steady pace and make sure all the numbers add up at the end of the day. Most of us have been in the industry for a while, so we don't need a lot of hand-holding. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk; we just focus on making sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go without any unnecessary trouble. It's just simple, daily work.
