Essar Steel Ltd

Essar Steel Ltd is located at 12/A, Shivam Bunglows. We’re right near Arohi Vihar, just off the Sardar Patel Ring Road in Bopal, Ahmedabad. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a bungalow area, but it works well for us. It gives us a bit more room than a cramped office building. We’ve set up our workspaces in the rooms, and it has a very lived-in, comfortable feel. We aren’t trying to be a corporate giant with glass walls. We just wanted a place where we could focus on the steel business without too many distractions. Being near the Ring Road is great for when we have to travel around the outskirts of Ahmedabad. It saves us a lot of time in traffic. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping schedules. We don't have a marketing department, so we don't have any scripted speeches. We just talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, just like any other place. We’ve been here in Bopal for a while and we like the pace of the area. It’s a bit quieter than the city center, which helps when things get stressful. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a small, local team and we like it that way, keeping things simple.
