Endeavor Hr

We’re over in the Simandhar Complex, specifically at D-9. It’s near Rana Park in Ghatlodia. This part of Ahmedabad has a lot of families and small shops, so it feels like a nice community to be in. Endeavor Hr has been set up here for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend our days calling people and trying to match them with jobs. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. The complex gets quite busy in the evenings when people are out running errands. We usually leave around then. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Just a small plate on the door so you know you're at the right place. Sometimes we bring in lunch from home and eat together. It’s a small team, so we know each other pretty well. We don't have corporate meetings with powerpoints or long speeches. We just talk over the desks about what needs to happen next. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one here puts on an act. We just show up, do the hours, and try to help people out. It’s a steady routine that keeps us going through the week. We might not be the most famous company, but we are here every day working.
