Endeavor Hr Pvt Ltd is located over in Amruthnagar, specifically at So No.2. It’s a part of Ahmedabad that’s been changing quite a bit lately. We’ve been here for a while, just handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running an HR firm. It isn't a massive building with a lobby and a fountain. It’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and get things done. We have a few computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we have to focus. Sometimes we get visitors who get lost looking for the specific number, but once they find us, it’s usually fine. We don't do anything too fancy. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Whether that’s calling candidates or talking to clients, it’s all the same routine. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the afternoon slump. There’s a small shop nearby where we get snacks. Ahmedabad is a big city, but our little corner here feels manageable. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs right and go home to our families at the end of the shift. It’s a simple life, and the work keeps us busy enough. No bells or whistles here, just a group of people working together in a regular office.
