Emkay Global Financial Services

We are based in Ahmedabad, specifically at J-504 in the Indraprasth Apartments. It’s right near the Himalaya Mall on Drive In Road, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. Emkay Global Financial Services is what we call ourselves, and we deal with all the typical office work you’d expect from a financial place. It is not a very big office, just a few rooms where we sit and look at screens most of the day. The location is good because of the mall nearby, but it also means it takes forever to get through the traffic in the morning. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate posters on the walls. Mostly just some calendars and notes we’ve scribbled for ourselves. The staff here is pretty small and we just get along with the work. Sometimes clients come in and we sit down in the small chairs we have to talk about things. It is a bit of a plain environment, honestly. We don't spend much money on making the place look like a five-star hotel. We’d rather just do the numbers and go home at a decent hour. The building has its quirks, like the lift that acts up sometimes, so we take the stairs. It is just a normal spot where we handle financial tasks for the people who need them in this part of Ahmedabad. We don't overcomplicate things here, we just do the daily tasks.
