Our office is in Rangwala Towers, specifically at unit 95. The building is located in the Lawgarden area of Ellisbridge, which is a pretty well-known spot in the city. Being in a tower means we have to deal with the elevators every morning, and sometimes they are a bit slow when everyone is trying to get to work. The office itself is a standard layout with a few cubicles and a small meeting table in the middle. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. Since we are near Lawgarden, there are plenty of places to walk to for a quick lunch or a cup of tea in the evening. The view from our window is mostly of other buildings and the street below. We handle a lot of coordination between different suppliers and buyers. It involves a lot of spreadsheets and emails. The atmosphere in the office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing or someone chatting on a call. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It is a simple place to work, and we like the location because it is central. We have been here for a while now, so we have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Most days are just about managing the data and making sure the information we send out is accurate. It is a normal office job in a busy part of town.
