Electrotherm (India) Ltd.

Located over in the G H B Colony in Meghaninagar, our office at B-91/2183 is a bit different from the usual industrial parks. We are right there in the middle of a residential area in Ahmedabad, which gives our work at Electrotherm (India) Ltd a bit of a local, neighborhood feel. You won't find any high-rise glass windows here. Instead, you'll find a group of us working away on steel and furnace projects. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the paperwork and components we have lying around, but we make it work. The colony is usually lively, with kids playing nearby or neighbors heading to the market. We like being part of the daily life of Meghaninagar. Our routine is pretty much the same every day: we open up, check the latest messages from the sites, and start coordinating our technical support. We don't use much marketing talk because our reputation is mostly built on word of mouth from one engineer to another. People know where to find us if they need help with their induction equipment. Sometimes we have to head out to the bigger plants, but this colony office is where we do all the thinking and planning. It’s a practical space for a practical team. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood, and it feels more like home than a corporate office. It’s just how we prefer to run things around here.
