We are Effective Teleservices Pvt Ltd. Our office is right there in Sabarmati, specifically at B/28 Ravipark So. It's just off the Visat Petrol Pump. We spend our days on the phones, mostly. It gets busy here in Ahmedabad. We have a small team of people. Staff come in, do their shifts, and we try to get things done without too much fuss. It’s not a fancy office, just a regular place in a residential society. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't bad. We handle a lot of calls and data work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s easy to find if you know where the petrol pump is. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a quiet spot where we do our work. It’s a lot of talking and typing. We just show up and do the job every day. The neighborhood is okay, mostly families and other small businesses around us. We like being in Ravipark. It feels like home after a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business running and helping the people who call us. If you’re walking by the Visat pump, you’re basically there. We keep things simple here. No big corporate meetings or loud presentations, just regular work with regular people. It's a bit cramped sometimes but we like it.
